Shipping is free and no sales tax is added — the price you see is the price you pay. The machine ships by freight to a U.S. address and arrives within 2–5 business days of your order. You'll get tracking by email once it's on its way.
/ Unloading
The loader ships by freight truck, crated or palletized. Plan how you'll get it off the truck — a forklift, a tractor with pallet forks, or sturdy loading ramps and a helper. Inspect it for freight damage before you sign the delivery receipt, and note any damage on the receipt.
/ Setup
Before the first start, check engine oil, fuel, hydraulic fluid and track tension, then follow the operator manual for start-up and break-in. Our team is available by email or phone if you get stuck.

Warranty coverage
Your loader comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the delivery date. If something goes wrong, contact us with your order number and a few photos and we'll work with you on parts or repair.
Returns policy

Will it fit through my gate or access route?
The loader is about 35 in wide, so it fits through most standard 36 in garden gates. Measure the narrowest point on your route — gates, paths between buildings and fence posts — and allow a few inches on each side.
Which attachments are compatible?
It comes with a bucket. It has a universal quick-attach plate and three hydraulic control valves for mini skid-steer attachments, which are sold separately. Send us the attachment model you're considering and we'll confirm the fit and hydraulic requirements before you buy.
What comes with my order?
The tracked loader with its Honda gasoline engine, a bucket, a tool box and the operator manual (digital). Extra attachments are not included.
How does delivery work?
Shipping is free and arrives within 2–5 business days by freight truck. You'll need a way to unload it — a forklift, a tractor with pallet forks, or ramps and a helper. See “Plan the arrival” above for the full checklist.
